Thanks for your comment. Gotouch mainly serves to Go developer because all the default projects are go projects. I tried to explain it in the article. It also supports other functionalities which are available only to Go. Additionally, Gotouch can also be used for other languages without those additional functionalities. I selected this title because I wanted whenever Go developers; who saw this title or read this article, use go mod init in their computers, they remember the title and the tool so that they use Gotouch instead.
